Business Writing for Ministry

(PM 340) Enrollment details:

Course Description:

This course assists students in refining their writing skills to fit the purposes of a professional and
ministerial environment, including formal letters, memos, and other forms of written communication that are necessary to the workplace. Students learn the fundamentals of writing effectively in a ministry setting. They learn to effectively structure their writing, use language that is appropriate for a professional setting, and use appropriate grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Additionally, students are taught how to craft persuasive and effective arguments, as well as how to write succinctly and efficiently. This course is highly beneficial to students interested in a career in ministry and provides a foundation for other courses related to writing for ministry.
